Phil Evans has just finished filming on a skate photographer documentary called FORMATPERSPECTIVE that he’s been working on for the past 2 years…

The video will look at the work of 6 skate photographers around Europe, displaying their activities in front of and behind the lens. The project has been shot completely in super 8 (with sound) and it focuses on the following guys: Nils Svensson (Malmö), Stuart Robinson (Belfast), Alex Irvine (London), Richard Gilligan (Dublin), Bertrand Trichet (Barcelona-Tokyo) and Sergej Vutuc(Heilbronn/Balkans). We could tell you more but this preview clip with Nils & Pontus should explain things best. The vid will be released this summer.

This saturday the yearly awardshow for skateboarders in sweden went off at the classic entertainment spot Nalen. We went there as sponsors to eat a super nice three dish course meal and to mingel and party with our friends in the skate scene. The night was awsome and as always no one partys like the skate crowd. Thank you to all people that made the event happend and congrats to all cats who one awards. The Goat & The Occasional Others is a garage band based in Los Angeles, formed by Shane Heyl and professional skateboarder Andrew Reynolds. The other members of the band is also a bunch of skateboard related people such as photographer Atiba Jefferson, skateboarder Kevin "spanky" Long and filmer Beagle oneISM.
To celebrate their first full length album they have teamed up with Emerica and put out a shoe together.
And if you ask me it´s a banger!
All black with offwhite sole. The thing i love the most with the shoe is the details. The black on black text at the top that says: LUH DAT SHIT, The Goat & The Occasional Others logo on the heels (NECKFACE), and offcourse the PIss Drunks logo on the bottoms. Excellent! And as a bonus you get a big *ss patch to go with the shoes!
